Refunds handled by Vi Techs where applicable

Refund & Cancellation

Vi Techs reserves the right to cancel purchases suspected of fraud or policy violation.

Refunds for cancelled events or failed transactions
No refunds after successful ticket purchase
Refunds processed within 4–5 working days
